The JB trip was awesome!

The ultimate objective of entering the truly asia; GO-KART! It was my first time playing it and the vibrations are quite a killer. No mercy for billy's wrist definitely. But all in all, it was some kick ass experience. Besides, it only cost us RM35 for 10min. Worth it!

But on our way there, we passed by this used car mart and they have this Perodua Kelissa on sale, on the bonnet I saw this cardboard which says "RM500". That is seriously cheap. About SGD 250 bucks? That's even cheaper than Midori lol.

The drive was kinda long(including some wrong turns) but it was worth the distance, 'Restoran Tian Lai' at this Gelang Patah has powerful seafood-zhi-char! The restaurant is pretty much like those old single storey terrace house with tables and chairs at the front porch. Super chill and homely environment. You can even watch channel 8 there haha.

Orchard-Gudang!

Yesterday, when Jon and I turned out of the wheelock car park, we're heading for Maxwell so we had to make a turn to orchard rd. Just after this gradual band, in front of forum shopping mall, somewhere near orchard tower.. Jon looked into his mirror and he was like WOAH! And the next moment we heard like damn loud screeching sound. I turned back and I was like WAH WTF?! Yup as you can see from the image above, that WRX was in that position, drifting. Intentionally or not I don't know but everyone was stunned seriously. The ang mohs, the solicitors at orchard towers, the whoever here and there, even some of the drivers travelling along that road, all stunned. Jon said that he noticed that there were police officers around orchard tower area but they too were stunned lol. When the WRX driver drove past us, I gave him a thumbs up, he also look stunned haha!

I went to Sal's blog and saw this, I thought it was rather interesting and it makes me want to watch the Golden Compass haha. But hmm... A ladybird named Trina? Very unexpected lol.

Caught Grindhouse marathon last night and I must say, Tarantino and Rodriguez made B grade kick ass! Death Proof's rather random, just watch for the wham and the bam! Planet Terror is like Resident Evil but yeah, way wicked and raw ahah! Both enjoyable, jon and I certainly had a great laugh and the soundtracks were great as well.

Wah today Midori and I got stucked on CTE due to her hardcore petrol leakage. Totally empty. Thank God for RQ, if not I wouldn't have been able to get off the expressway. And for that short 30 to 45min of time spent sitting on the barricade waiting for help, I realized that our local drivers are very fierce. Seriously! Don't know how many times they wanna make me ball shrink, even road shoulders aren't safe. They were damn close to the bike and me, and zooming fastly like nobody's business. Tsk tsk!

Rush Hour was quite funny at certain parts but then I guess overall it's a little too predictable? Hmm.. Whatever!

And there's this other idiot right in front of me, for all the times he was supposed to check left, he checked right and his blind spots were like all over the place, anyhow only that fucker and yet the tester passed him. SMLJ?! All of us behind him were like, "Wtf he passed?! Like that also can?!" It's not just me, everyone thinks that he's a fucktard but yet he passed la!!!! 2 times the attempt, 2 times the disappointment.

When it was the first time, ok well you think to yourself, 'maybe I wasn't good enough?' Then when the second time comes, what are you going to think now? The same reason? It sucks, seriously. I still bothered to go through the boxes that they ticked the first time. But now, the only thing that registered in my head was the fact the total amount of points obtained were greater than eight-fuckin-teen. So what reasons can I possibly give to make myself feel any better?

I tried to be as careful as I can, but perhaps to them I haven't tried hard enough. I think that I've done better now, but they think otherwise. I really want to be optimistic about this but I simply don't know how to. I told myself to accept the fact that you know, perhaps God thinks that I'm not ready, as such he didn't let me through, that is to prevent any mistake that would lead to an accident. Well yeah, try telling yourself that and see if it helps.

It's not so much about the results and all, well I mean of course it matters but the actual and bigger disappointment comes from the fact that for this past one month, the amount of preperation, the practise sessions, the fact that the people around you and even yourself have been you know, psyching yourself for this day. The things you've planned to do after you've passed, everything good! But now, all cannot and will not happen because I've failed.

Maybe I should just accept that I'm better with steering wheels instead of handle bars? Maybe I shift gears better by using hands as compared to kicking it up or down? Or maybe I can manage 4 wheels but not 2 wheels? This whole questioning-yourself phase, they're terrible, if there are so many maybes, maybe I really just cannot make it. Maybe maybe maybe, maybe memories. Sigh.

I know I'll look at this post tomorrow or even a week later thinking to myself, 'Oh man... This is so depressing bla bla bla, self-pity, etc.' Oh well, I guess I just want to sympathise with myself right now. I don't know, it's really really sad yeah..

This year's new year's eve is way different; I'm working.
I remember how I used to looked at the uniformed ppl and think, "oh man sucks to be them."
Last night I'm probably being seen by the manys from zouk to momo to tg pagar/duxton area in that manner. Well, doesn't matter, I kinda enjoyed my night. Chasing a couple of people here and there; and a lot of girls looked really good(probably before the clock hits 3AM, after which everyone just appeared drunk and really screwed up). Just one night, I probably seen more unglam-accidental-reveals than I have for the past couple of night shifts.

Interesting la, not complaining hur.. :)
